Customer service

Our business has been using Merchant Bankcard services for years and we receive monthly Merch Bank Billing charges. After a dramatic slow down in business (-90%), we continue to receive similar monthly charge amounts.

Complaint: I've been on hold for over an hour and EVERY 3-5 secs, I hear "Your call is very important to us.

Please wait for the next available agent or press 0 to leave a msg". This means I've heard this msg at least 960-1600 TIMES (at 80 mins)....now at 100 mins VERY ANNOYING and I'm assuming it's by design because they want you to leave a msg.
